Carl Berard is the Founder and Designated Broker of Easy Offers Realty Club, bringing nearly five decades of real estate experience and a passion for creating a better real estate experience for buyers and sellers.

Carl began his real estate career in 1977 after earning his Washington State real estate license. In 1996, he founded and opened his first brokerage, Windsor Real Estate, in Normandy Park, Washington. Throughout his career, Carl has remained committed to providing clients with honest guidance, professional expertise, and exceptional service.

After relocating to Arizona in 2016, Carl founded Easy Offers Realty Club in 2020 with a vision to improve the traditional real estate model. His goal was simple: provide premium real estate services while giving more value back to clients through benefits such as buyer rebates, complimentary home warranties, and flexible, cost-effective options for sellers.

With decades of experience in negotiations, marketing, and guiding clients through successful transactions, Carl believes real estate should be built on trust, transparency, and putting clients first.
